Swing Dress

I thought I would try adding a few inches to the Swing Top and turn it into a dress!  Now for the weather to warm up so Miss J can wear it!

There's a monster (or two!) in the house...

Ruffle Capri Jeans

Miss J wore these capri jeans last summer and they still fit, so I added a ruffle to make them a bit cuter!

Hanging out to dry...

I thought the skirts looked cute hanging to dry in the tree...

The ruffle skirts are washed after they are made in order to trim all of the frayed ruffled edges!  The best way to keep the ruffles nice and flat after washing is to give it a really good shake and hang it to dry...

Groovy Guitars

I bought this fabric (Michael Miller - Groovy Guitars) last year and I couldn't decide what to make with it, so finally...

Miss J ended up with a swing top and polka dot ruffle pants...

...and big brother ended up with a pair of long shorts!

I also modified an ipad cover pattern to hold Tag and the Tag books...
